As part of our relocation, Microsoft connected us with Mitch and Allison Lomax. Both Mitch and Allison are very friendly, personable and helpful. They understand the needs of the buyer very well and work with them through the process. In our case, when we got assigned to the Lomax’s Mitch set up an orientation meeting with us to understand our needs, price range and our requirements and took notes along the way. At the same time, both Mitch and Allison had done their homework and researched the areas that we were interested and came to the meeting with detailed statistics, trends and key points that we needed to be aware of as potential buyers.
With Mitch and Allison we bought our house in Redmond.
Although, we had seen several houses prior to the one we finalized eventually, Mitch was very patient and worked with us through the entire process.
Both Mitch and Allison got to know us very well through the process that they knew what would appeal to our tastes. At first, Allison used to preview the houses and show us only the ones that would meet our bar. As time was of essence we decided to skip the preview phase eventually.
Mitch provided pointers for consideration as we saw the houses but did not force his views on us at any time. In addition, Mitch strives to be a close partner and is always available to discuss any thoughts. Mitch also makes the right connections on the seller’s side and acts as an open channel between the buyer and the seller. We can also say with confidence that without Mitch we wouldn’t have been able to finalize on the house.
We would certainly use Mitch as our agent again and will be most certainly recommending Mitch and Allison to our friends and colleagues.

When Michele spoke to Mitch & Allison initially we had a very good impression and felt comfortable choosing this team. That impression was solidified after we met Mitch the first day. They have both been very accommodating from taking us out all day, showing us some of the areas (not just the homes), giving us an insider’s take on the communities, etc. All communications whether via email, text, or phone have been very timely. That in itself has made the process easier for us especially considering we are 1000 miles away.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your great work on our recent purchase of vacant land in Redmond. We never would have found the lot if it weren’t for Mitch’s diligence in searching for just the right spot to meet our needs!! And the property and location are just what we were looking for.
Once the property was identified, that was just the beginning of the process. We truly appreciated your frequent communication, patience and guidance as we went through the offering and purchase process all the way to closing. I really feel that Mitch’s trustworthiness and ability to quickly form a relationship with the Listing Agent, gave us a distinct advantage in making an aggressive, yet reasonable offer. I am writing this letter in support of our realtors, Mitch and Allison Lomax. Two years ago when Mitch announced his career change, we set up an appointment to discuss the possibility of working together. I will never forget the day my husband and I sat down with the Lomaxes and I told them that "I dream of houses" (literally). They expressed their interest in helping me to realize my dreams and we began searching for our second home.
In January of 2006, after a Sunday drive to the Kitsap Peninsula, I went online to find the price on a five-acre view property in Seabeck that had captured our fancy. Instead of what I was looking for, I found a listing for a house that sounded too good to be true. I called Mitch first thing on Monday morning and begged him to get some photos for me. He went one step further and contacted the selling agent so he could provide me with as much information as possible. By Tuesday morning, we got word that the sellers had already received two full-price offers and we needed to move quickly. Mitch picked us up and drove us nearly two hours before we discovered that our "dream" property was on the very same street as the five-acre lot we’d seen only two days before. Within an hour of our inspection, he began writing up an offer. Without his help and negotiation skills, we would never have been able to provide the sellers with an offer they couldn’t refuse AND stay within our budget at the same time. Additionally, Mitch made sure our financing was pre-arranged, went out of his way to attend the professional inspection, and ensured smooth sailing all the way through closing on our beautiful beach home.
More recently, Allison went above and beyond the call of duty to accompany me to Bellingham to investigate the possibility of investing in property if our daughter attends college there. She contacted a local agent to show us around town and was able to show me inside houses that I wouldn’t have been able to see on my own. Allison continues to provide MLS information for me and has researched various properties upon my request. I appreciate her availability as an on-call resource and I trust her "house intuition" as my search continues.
David and I consider the Lomaxes to be a vital part of our investment "team" and we rely on their services for our real estate transactions. We believe they are in a position to meet our future needs and we definitely feel comfortable recommending them to others.
